 One onion
 Two carrots
 1 cup of chickpeas
 1 liter of vegetable broth
 One teaspoon cumin
 One teaspoon turmeric
 One clove of garlic
 Two green chilies
 1 tbsp of lemon juice
 One bunch of coriander
 Salt and Pepper

 In a saucepan, combine chopped onion, diced carrots drained and rinsed chickpeas, broth,
cumin, and garlic.
 Saute for few minutes till the onion crystalizes
 Add turmeric and let it fry for 2 minutes
 Add salt and pepper.
 Let it cook for 20 min uncovered.
 Add the lemon juice, chilies and sprinkle chopped coriander.
