800 grams of ripe tomatoes
Two cloves garlic
One teaspoon of cumin
Two tablespoons light-weight white cheese

Method for Tomato soup
Start by washing, peeling and slicing garlic and onion. Sauté in a large saucepan with a little vegetable oil.
Then boil your tomatoes in a liter of water after washing and peeling.
Add salt, pepper, and cumin. Then cook over medium heat for about fifteen minutes.
Just before mixing in your blender, add the garlic and onion. Pour back into the pan to heat your soup and toss the cottage cheese.
