Ingredients for Lasagna With Chicken And Ricotta Cheese
200 grams lasagna
500 grams cooked chicken breast, cut into pieces
1/2 cup light cream
Three medium tomatoes cut into pieces
Two cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
100 g light grated gruyere
200 g ricotta
Salt and pepper
Method for Lasagna With Chicken And Ricotta Cheese
- Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan
Brown garlic and chicken until brown.
Add the fresh tomatoes, liquid cream, chopped basil, salt, and pepper, then let it saute for 2 minutes.
Remove from the fire and let it cool.
Beat the ricotta in a bowl until it is creamy.
Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Lightly oil a baking dish and place lasagna evenly at the bottom.
Cover with a layer of the chicken mixture, a layer of ricotta and a new layer of lasagna.
Repeat until all the ingredients are gone, ending with a layer of ricotta.
- Sprinkle with grated gruyere cheese and salt and pepper.
Since you will make your own pasta, do it according to your personal taste. I add a little bit of cinnamon though I guess most will not like that. You can add spices and other ingredients that will have dramatic effects, not only on the flavor but also on the appearance of your pasta, especially on the color.
