 6 onions, peeled
 1/4 cup butter
 30 ml (2 tablespoons) vinegar
 1 liter (4 cups) chicken broth
 1 liter (4 cups) veg broth
 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lightly grilled flour
 1 pinch of nutmeg
 Salt and pepper
 200 g (2 cups) grated cottage cheese
 1 small clove of garlic, cut in half

 In a large saucepan over medium heat, soak the onions for 15 minutes in butter and stir several times.
