Ingredients of Onion Soup
6 onions, peeled
1/4 cup butter
30 ml (2 tablespoons) vinegar
1 liter (4 cups) chicken broth
1 liter (4 cups) veg broth
15 ml (1 tablespoon) lightly grilled flour
1 pinch of nutmeg
Salt and pepper
200 g (2 cups) grated cottage cheese
1 small clove of garlic, cut in half
